Our Favorite Cashew Queso

I've launched my first ready-made, plant-based product for sale locally in Cedar Bluff, Virginia! It's my delicious, creamy, medium spicy chipotle flavored cashew queso dip. And it's a crowd pleaser! ☺️

This queso has just the right amount of spice and tang. Use it in your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes in place of dairy cheese - I love it in stuffed peppers or burritos. My favorite way to eat it though is just with some guac and salsa in a little "dip trio" extravaganza. ☺️

Instructions to warm: place in small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until warm. Alternatively, microwave in 10 second increments, stirring in between. Note that microwaving may cause some thickening around the outer edges - stir to incorporate. Add water in small amounts as needed to help with thickness.

4 servings per 8oz jar

Ingredients: Raw cashews, nutritional yeast, white wine vinegar, natural flavors and spices.

Allergen warning: this product contains tree nuts (cashews).

Refrigerate after opening. Enjoy within 7-10 days of opening.
