Our Favorite Cashew Queso

I've launched my first ready-made, plant-based product for sale locally in Southwest Virginia! It's my delicious, creamy, medium spicy chipotle and mild jalapeno flavored cashew queso dips. And they are crowd pleasers! ☺️


These queso dips have just the right amount of spice and tang. Use them in your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes in place of dairy cheese - I love it in stuffed peppers or burritos. My favorite way to eat it though is with some guac and salsa in a little "dip trio" extravaganza. ☺️


If you're in the area, be sure to stop by the Tazewell Farmers Market in beautiful Tazewell, Virginia to grab a jar on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm. I will also be setup at the Cleveland Farmers Market in Cleveland, Virginia every other Saturday between 3pm and 5pm through the 2024 season.

Pick some up at the Tazewell or Cleveland Farmers Markets on Saturdays!

Instructions to warm: place in small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until warm. Alternatively, microwave in 10 second increments, stirring in between. Note that microwaving may cause some thickening around the outer edges - stir well to incorporate. Add water in small amounts as needed to thin to your preference.


4 servings per 8oz jar

Ingredients: Raw cashews, nutritional yeast, white wine vinegar, red miso, chipotle peppers / jalapeno peppers (depending on flavor), natural flavors and spices.


Allergen warning: this product contains tree nuts (cashews) and soy (miso).


Refrigerate for freshness. Best if consumed within 10-14 days once opened.
